from under a skirt of darkness
she slips
revealing her true self
no-one notices as she tries to hide behind a veil of lace
hiding the teeth of the wolf.

light bends and twists,
bouncing off the curls
of the woolly lamb, until it disappears ,behind her knees.
only a true reflection is revealed
from a stiletto heel
when the other shoe
drops......
